Calm, in-person ways for people to connect and be enriched.
Journeywise brings people together through intimate gatherings, community events, and, in time, more.
Our gatherings are intentionally small, held in homes, built around a theme: a somatic practice, a wisdom talk, and a nourishing meal. Our community events are larger, held in nature and public spaces, a simple way to come together and share time.

Movement is our natural state. Nobody tells a child to move. Somewhere along the way most of us stop, and the reasons for that are worth understanding before any program can help.
This morning is about becoming a mover again. Someone who moves through the day, looks for the chance to, and stays capable in ordinary life. Not an athlete. Not a weekend warrior. Someone whose body is available to them.
Brian Betancourt leads the morning. He is Director of Curriculum and Performance at MovNat and has spent years teaching people to move in ways they can sustain for life. We open with a somatic practice, then Brian's talk and an open conversation, then a nourishing meal shared at the table.
You will leave with an approach to movement that fits the life you actually have, and a printed sheet to make your own.
